Ishpeming Independence Day Craft & Vendor Application
The Ishpeming Independence Day Celebration Committee is planning our community picnic at Al Quaal for Saturday, July 4, 2026. The picnic will begin immediately following the parade.
Set up will be Saturday, July 4 from 9:00 to 11:30 am. If you choose to set up Friday, July 3, please note that we do not provide overnight security. You will be responsible for securing your own booth.
All vendors must be set up by 11:30 am and all vehicles removed from Al Quaal and parked in designated parking. We ask that you do not tear down prior to 8:00 pm, without staff approval.
Crafts with similar products will be allowed but will be limited. Only one vendor per direct sales company will be allowed.
It is your responsibility to follow any/all Michigan laws in regards to distribution of nonperishable food including preparation, sampling and all labeling requirements. All items must be properly labeled according to the Michigan Cottage Food Law, which can be found at https://www.michigan.gov/mdard/food-dairy/michigan-cottage-foods-information
Please include fee with your application. Applications are due by June 20, 2026.
